How will I receive the files for my finished website?

If we are hosting your new website, we will set it up for you on our servers and send you a link to proof the new design. If you plan on hosting the site elsewhere, we will zip all the necessary files and upload them to your account for you to download. If you would prefer to have us email the files to your registered email address, we can do that, too.

When can I expect my order to be processed, once I've uploaded it to your website?

While your order may be placed at any time, they will only be processed during business hours (8am-5pm CST, M-F). Orders placed after 2pm or during off-business hours will be processed at the start of the next business day.

How many pages can I order at once?

If you place an order of more than 4 pages in a single day, your order will be processed in a minimum of 2 business days. If you are in need of urgent delivery, please contact us, and we can discuss your needs.

Do you have a delivery guarantee?

Yes. If we miss your deadline, we will not charge you. Period. That's how seriously we take your deadlines.

In the event that your design requires more complex coding than a standard site, we will confirm with you ahead of time whether or not your requested delivery date is possible before we start.

In all cases, we will take the time to evaluate your artwork and requirements before we commit to a deadline and price.

If you require an unusually complex layout, implementation and/or custom scripting, or any other unusual circumstance, we will contact you immediately to discuss any additional work that may be required on our end to deliver the results you desire.
